Our Story
Ducazu was established in 2009 by three qualified plumbers who shared 27 years of combined industry experience. Starting from a single van operating in West London, we built our reputation by completing every job to British Standard specifications and responding to emergency calls within 90 minutes.
Today, we operate six fully equipped service vehicles covering Greater London. Our team includes 14 Gas Safe registered engineers, 8 qualified plumbers, and 3 bathroom installation specialists. We handle approximately 2,400 service calls annually, from fixing dripping taps to installing complete central heating systems.
We maintain partnerships with manufacturers like Worcester Bosch, Ideal Heating, and Grohe, ensuring access to genuine parts and extended warranties. Our work complies with Building Regulations Part G and Part L, and we hold £5 million public liability insurance.
