Ducazu provides professional plumbing services including but not limited to:

  • Bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations
  • General plumbing consultations and inspections

All services are performed by qualified and certified plumbing professionals in accordance with applicable local regulations and industry standards.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

Service appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time and date. However, appointment times are subject to availability and may need to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

All service prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP). Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if additional work is required. You will be informed of any price changes before work commences.

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
  • For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins
  • Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate information about the plumbing issue or service required
  2. Ensure safe access to the work area for our technicians
  3. Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions at the property
  4. Be present or arrange for an authorized representative to be present during service
  5. Clear the work area of personal belongings and valuables
  6. Ensure that pets are secured away from the work area

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. All labor is guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion. Parts and materials are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

If you experience any issues with our work during the warranty period, please contact us immediately, and we will rectify the problem at no additional charge.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to perform our services safely and effectively, Ducazu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage that occurs due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Emergency Services

We offer emergency plumbing services outside regular business hours. Emergency service rates apply and are higher than standard rates due to the urgent nature and timing of the work. You will be informed of emergency rates before service is provided.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information is used solely for providing services, communication, and billing purposes. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to fulfill our service obligations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Ducazu and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London.
